One thing, before you add the badge... The username that gets added to the members list (see below) is the username you currently have. Once it's on there, it doesn't change, so if your username is "cheesebread: wanking a greyhound", that's how it will be recorded!
To get around the username dirtyness, change your username to the normal version, add the code, then change it back :)
To add the badge to your profile, use the followig c0de:

For the hardcoreists amongst you, you can alter the code to show "insomniac-list-n.png". This will produce white text on a transparent background, and is handy if you have a dark colour background for your profile.
